Our house offers apartments with modern amenities and is situated quietly about 10 minutes on foot from See town center; it's 12 km (7.5 mi.) to Ischgl, approx. 6 km (4 mi.) to Kappl, approx. 25 km (16 mi.) to Galtür.

The FREE ski bus will take you safely to your destination. The bus stop is close by: a 5.5 km (3.5 mi.) toboggan run, beautiful winter hiking trails, cross-country ski tracks and much more are waiting for you.

In the summer our apartment house is the ideal starting point for hikes, mountaineering, Nordic walking, biking, motorcycle tours. Or simply enjoy the fresh mountain air of the Paznaun valley.

Our house has its own ski room and sufficient parking. Fresh roll service upon request! Wi-Fi free!
